Reserved for Dallas’s essential workforce.

The Marcus partners with the City of Dallas through a Public Facility Corporation (PFC) agreement to reserve a portion of homes for Dallas’s essential workforce — income-qualified at 80% AMI, with income-qualified rents for people who keep the city running.

Income & application.

Household income must be at or below 80% of the Dallas Area Median Income. Limits update annually by household size — contact the leasing office for current thresholds. The standard application process applies, plus additional documentation for PFC verification.

How to apply.

PFC applicants complete the standard application plus additional documentation. All documents are signed in person at the leasing office by appointment.

No, anyone can apply for market-rate units at The Marcus; the essential workforce program applies only to income-qualified units.
