Named for a Cedars native

“Born in the Cedars. Built Dallas.

The building sits at 2020 S Ervay St, steps from the Stanley Marcus mural at 2120 South Ervay. It’s named for the Neiman Marcus co-founder who was born and raised in the Cedars when it was Dallas’s most prominent residential neighborhood in the late 1800s. The Cedars is coming back, and The Marcus is part of that story.

The Marcus is developed by Savoy Equity Partners, built by Savoy General Contractors, and managed by Savoy Residential. It’s the first project where Savoy acted as developer, general contractor, and long-term property manager on a single asset.
