How do I qualify for Essential Housing?
When browsing our online availability, use the provided guidelines to check the income limits for the Essential Housing Program.
Households are eligible if their gross annual income (before deductions) does not exceed the specified limits based on household size. Total income includes earnings from bonuses, second jobs, freelance work, investments, and other sources.
Additionally, households must meet a minimum income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent.
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, we conduct background and credit checks, as well as verify eviction and rental history, during the application process. Contact our leasing team if you have questions.
What do I need to apply for Essential Housing?
• Complete an Essential Housing application for all household members aged 18 and older.
• Provide all necessary income verification documents.
• Submit any additional documentation required based on individual income and assets.
• Supply two years of resident or rental history verification, if applicable.
